The Kirkcowan Autumn Club held its Burns Lunch on Wednesday 24th January.
The haggis was piped in and the address given by Nathan Paterson.
Members enjoyed a delicious lunch of haggis neeps and tatties, followed by clootie dumpling. With vegetarian options available, there was something to everyone’s taste. The meal was provided by Carolines Catering.
After the meal, members engaged in a Burns-themed quiz, which certainly got the little grey cells working!
The event was made possible thanks to a grant from the Kirkcowan Community Development Trust.
The photos show Nathan piping in the haggis and then giving the address.
